Q: When should you start to take probiotics after the cleanse?
A: On the evening you resume eating solid food, take your evening probiotics. (I say evening probiotics because I take some that have two different capsules — one kind for the morning and another kind for the evening.
Q: What about taking probiotics during the cleanse?
A: The salt water flush will probably wash out most of your new probiotics. So, wait until you finish the cleanse before taking them.
